About the course

The CPCCLRG3002 Licence to perform rigging intermediate level unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to perform rigging work at the intermediate level, which includes all the outcomes for rigging work at the basic level, and also includes rigging of cranes, rigging of conveyors, rigging of dredges and excavators, rigging associated with tilt slabs, rigging associated with demolition work, and dual lifts for licensing purposes.

This unit is based on the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High Risk Work and meets state and territory licensing requirements.This unit has a pre-requisite requirement of CPCCLRG3001 Licence to perform rigging basic level or a national equivalent unit of competency.

Who is eligible?

Eligibility:

18 years old or over,
Must have completed basic rigging training,
Reasonable level of fitness and health to perform rigging work safely,
Good understanding of the English language,
Hold a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card),
